　　黄埔花园社区协商制定广场舞公约

　　本报讯(记者汤南 通讯员张素华) 昨日，记者从广州市黄埔区了解到，黄埔一社区经多方协商出台“广场舞公约”，广场舞需到居委会备案，否则投诉作报警处理，且音量要控制在60分贝之内，此举解决了广场舞娱乐噪音扰民的老大难问题。

　　近日，该区黄埔街黄埔花园社区居委会接到居民反映，会所门前的小区广场每天有多个广场舞团体在活动，伴奏音乐噪音太大，严重影响周边几栋楼居民的正常生活。居民希望社区居委会能够出面协调解决这一问题。

　　黄埔花园社区居委会随即与物业公司、各广场舞团体沟通，通过多次协调，最终达成了共识，制订了“广场舞公约”，并张贴在社区的5个活动点，提醒广大舞蹈爱好者相互监督、共同遵守。

　　公约首先规定了广场舞的领队或负责人需到社区居委会备案、编号，服从社区统一管理；其次约定了广场舞的活动时间以早晨和傍晚为主，伴奏音乐音量要控制在60分贝之内；最后，未在社区居委会备案的队伍及个人在公共场所噪音扰民被人举报的，将作报警处理。
