　　网友叹剧情太夸张

　　3月19日，老河口市公安局在该市惠民医院举行“2014河谷1号”反恐演练。

　　在这场模拟演习中，一名死者的40余名亲属围堵医院的大门，并殴打医护人员。110接警后立即调警处置，并对事发路段实施管制。在处置过程中，6名暴徒突然冲入人群，持刀砍伤执法民警和围观群众，造成多人受伤。最终，3名暴徒当场被抓获，另外3名暴徒被击毙。图片显示，在医院门口，多位中年男子举着“还我生命”的白色条幅，向警方示威，还有人拿着白菜叶向警方掷去，地上一片狼藉。

　　该演习经媒体报道后，引发了网友热议。许多网友认为，把医闹当做暴徒太过夸张，网友“愤怒的大宝”就说，“这是反恐？这是镇暴吧。”

　　也有医学界网友表示理解。网友“丁香人才”说，“如果医闹和伤医一直得不到有效打击惩罚，谁能料到以后会不会升级到这次实战演练般的情形呢。”

　　澄清剧情：暴徒并非死者亲属

　　对此，老河口市公安局日前发表声明，称演练活动因个别媒体对模拟的警情解读不准确，造成网友误解。声明称，昆明“3·01”暴力恐怖袭击事件发生后，鉴于类似事件随时有可能发生，为“增强公安民警实战能力，保护人民群众生命财产安全”进行了此次演练，并非针对医患矛盾。

　　老河口市公安局解释，演练当中有两个反恐剧情。第一个剧情是某医院因医患矛盾升级，围堵医院大门，导致大量群众围观，正常工作秩序遭到破坏，警方接警赶到现场后，配合有关部门协调医患双方，对违法人员进行劝阻、疏导等处置。第二个剧情是在处置过程中，由于围观群众较多，6名暴徒随机选择了这个群众密集的地方，冲入人群，持刀砍伤围观群众、医闹人员、医生和公安民警等不特定的人员。

　　针对有网友批评警方竟将医闹人员当成暴徒，老河口市公安局强调，暴徒的身份在演练中并不明确，根据剧情设置，暴徒不是死者亲属情绪失控后升级而成的，而是随机选择人群密集处、突然出现的暴徒。 南都记者 张少杰
