据了解，福民一号安置小区位于洛阳市伊滨区诸葛镇诸葛村，占地405亩，共建设49栋高层住宅，总建筑面积65万平方米，2013年8月完工。自2013年11月开始至2014年春节前开始陆续集中入住，截至目前，小区已安置入住诸葛镇诸葛村、刘井村与西韩村村民共计1852户、10505人。
