　　2014荷兰核安全峰会前夕，因日本福岛核事故冷却的核电讨论再起。“有些国家提出弃核的打算，但是我仍然坚持在中国应当继续适度地发展核电”，张国宝透露，目前中国已经成为世界上第一大能源生产国和消费国。

　　核能作为清洁能源前景广阔。截至目前，中国内地投入商业运营的核电机组达到17台，总装机容量约1500万千瓦，在建的核电机组31台，装机容量近3500万千瓦，在建核电机组规模居世界首位。不过张国宝援引数据称，中国核电发电量仅占全部发电量的2%。

　　张国宝以韩国为例介绍，韩国的国土面积和人口总量大体相当于中国浙江省，但韩国拥有23台核电机组，已经高于中国全国的核电装机容量。

　　“应该增加核电在整个能源当中的比重”，张国宝认为在现代技术条件下，吸取了以往核电的一些不安全的教训，核能是可以做到安全利用的。

　　目前，中国政府正在致力调整以煤为主的能源结构。“中国在相当长的时间当中，煤炭仍然是中国最主要的能源，尽管其他能源比重会有所上升”，张国宝建议，减少煤炭作为燃料，增加煤炭作为原料。“在中国用煤来制油、制烯烃，还是有很好的前景，政府还是给予肯定的，不久前新的能源局局长也组织了专家讨论会”。(完)
