　　东莞公安机关表示，对组织、强迫、诱骗、残害、拐卖他人乞讨，以及组织性行乞和“黑恶势力”支配等违法犯罪实行“零容忍”，坚决依法重拳出击，深挖幕后组织者、策划者、操纵者、利用他人乞讨牟利者，有力维护东莞良好的社会治安秩序。
