　　“避孕知识和服务的缺乏，网络信息良莠不齐，由此引发年轻人因避孕不当而流产及重复流产的问题十分严重，亟须加强生殖健康教育，消除女性的健康隐患。”中国妇女发展基金会副理事长兼秘书长秦国英说，“中国女性生殖健康促进项目”将通过拓展计生服务与教育接触点如校园、医院等，使女性生殖健康服务对象扩展到所有育龄妇女。

　　目前项目以国家人口计生委科学技术研究所为中心成立专家委员会，进行药店计划生育优质服务试点建设，并资助建立计生服务专柜；还推出了“科学避孕工具包”。

　　国家人口计生委科学技术研究所研究员吴尚纯介绍说，“科学避孕工具包”包括世界避孕日官方网站、健康避孕热线电话等，并使用了手机APP、微博、微信等年轻人更为喜爱的新媒介工具，将“权威专家”带在口袋里解决各种生殖健康问题，同时也很好地保护了隐私。
