纳扎尔巴耶夫表示，习近平主席去年访问哈萨克斯坦极大推动了双边关系发展。我们当时达成的各项重要共识正在稳步得到落实。哈萨克斯坦是中国真诚可靠的伙伴，祝愿中国全面深化改革取得成功，愿同中方加强各领域务实合作，助力中国发展。我高度评价亚信峰会筹备工作，相信峰会将取得成功。我期待着来华访问并与会。
双方还就当前乌克兰局势交换了看法，一致认为乌克兰问题应该在法律和秩序框架内，通过对话协商寻求政治解决。中哈双方将保持沟通和协调。
