长沙晚报昨日报道了一位用户以CMNET/3G方式上网，时长为3分31秒，产生的流量为3962936.01MB，通信费为39629.36元。而根据移动流量500元/月封顶的原则，该用户手机已经欠费。

今日长沙移动官方回应客户高额流量的质疑：211秒中产生的流量为3870MB（3.87G）而非396万MB；流量费用在达到500元时已作封顶处理。

看到这样一组数字，相信任谁也无法淡定吧！如此恐怖的消费如此得来？真的是系统出错所致吗？
