  记者探访多个售楼处发现,保定部分新盘的涨幅从30元/平米到700元/平米不等,主要集中在东部和北部。


  位于保定北二环的盛和家园,2月份的均价为6600-6800元/平米,目前已经涨到6900-7500元/平米,平均涨幅为300-700元/平米。“小高层涨得最多,每平米涨了700元左右,高层涨得少一点,每平米涨了300元左右。”售楼处工作人员说。

  在多名保定市民看来,东北部因离京津高铁最近,也是保定原本就要开发的新区,因此将会是未来房价上涨最大的区域。


  但面对蓄势待涨的楼盘,多位保定市民说,虽然保定还没限购,但仍持观望态度。


  在某加油站工作的方女士说,自己没想过要囤房。


  “现在房子不是那么好炒的。一个是政策没定,还要交税,又说要不动产登记啥的,说不好。”在保定北二环居住的市民陈先生说,目前自己已经有三套住房,最近也在看房,但只是在关注阶段,不会盲目抢购,“等着自家房升值就行。”
