　　北京市气象台首席预报员、京津冀环境气象预报预警中心首席预报员廖晓农介绍，24日晚到25日白天，轻微到中度霾为主。25日夜间到26日白天，中度霾区域扩展，影响到保定、石家庄和天津。26日夜间到27日白天，大部分地区空气污染加重，白天能见度维持在4公里到7公里，夜间在2公里到4公里。

　　北京市环保监测中心主任张大伟指出，近期高空增温明显，逆温较为严重，地面持续偏南风，湿度增加，北京受地形阻滞，污染堆积，本地污染进一步叠加，达到重度污染水平。
