　　据检方指控，从2010年2月至2013年8月期间，杨利全等先后伙同伍福志等8人，利用福仟年公司、尚所投资公司、铁三角公司，以生产销售“福仟年”饮水机、经营茶艺馆、收购永乐绿色生态农庄等项目为名，以高额利息每月发放分红，到期归还本金为诱饵，向622名存款人(已报案)非法吸收存款7500多万元，已返还890多万元。

　　2013年7月，随着多名血本无归的受害者报警，杨利全等9人先后被抓，但福仟年董事长阮光春至今在逃。63岁的王老太告诉记者，经朋友介绍，她投资了11万元用于所谓的农庄项目，先后两次被带往某农庄参观，“之后拿到1万多元的回报，在被鼓动之后又投了进去，如今血本无归。”

　　昨日上午，曾在福仟年公司任市场总监的伍福志第一个受审。伍福志称，他于2010年2月到2011年5月在该公司任职，为了扩大公司生产，推广饮水机，2010年6月开始，该公司以招商会形式，向社会广泛宣传，将目标对准中老年人。用伍福志的话说，“他们比较有时间参加这些活动，对‘健康饮水’的口号也比较感兴趣”。

　　而之后入职的经理殷美江则称，他原本也是投资者，投了3万多元，后来则从见习成长为经理。殷美江称，在福仟年的投资者拿不到钱后，相关债权债务转移到了铁三角公司。

　　由于被告人众多，昨日并未对全部被告人讯问。预计庭审将持续3天。
