　　根据这次会议安排，在前一阶段打击整治的基础上，下一阶段打击整治工作重心将由面上清查整治转到重点查处、深挖打击和源头治理上，防止涉黄活动出现反弹回潮。

　　为了加强制度建设和长效机制，广东将修订《关于追究领导干部在扫除“黄、赌、毒”工作中失职、渎职的暂行规定》、研究制定广东省按摩服务场所管理规定、建立健全歌舞娱乐服务场所的有关法律法规，充分发挥广大人民群众的监督、检举作用。

　　3月底开始，广东全省公安机关将开展为期3个月的“正风肃纪、依法履职”教育整顿活动，以解决公安队伍中存在的有法不依、执法不严、失职渎职等突出问题，清除“害群之马”。

　　广东还将形成打击整治涉黄问题的合力，建立由综治部门牵头，公安、宣传、工商、文化、卫生等部门参与的协调联动监管机制，纪检监察部门要加强对相关职能部门的督查，推动扫黄工作责任落到实处。

　　据介绍，下一步对全省已经抓捕的犯罪嫌疑人将进行专案侦办，特别是对重大涉黄刑事案件，挂牌督办，尽快侦破；针对薄弱地区和环节采取措施，清查打击整治工作的漏洞和死角；要加强对娱乐场所的规范管理，逐步建立正常的经营秩序。

　　此前，广东省公安部门通报，截至2月28日，广东全省查处的涉黄违法违规的场所3184家，其中，东莞2147家；全省刑事拘留犯罪嫌疑人363人，其中东莞141人。
