　　有记者问：荷兰核安全峰会上，美国总统奥巴马和日本首相安倍晋三达成联合声明，宣布日向美归还敏感核材料。请问中方对此有何评论？

　　洪磊表示，中方欢迎该协议的达成。日本最终同意归还快中子临界装置中的敏感核材料，这是向正确方向迈出的一步。我们赞赏并支持美方收回境外敏感核材料的努力。我们也高兴地看到国际社会呼声的成效。日本还大量囤积了其他敏感核材料，仍然远远超出了自己的实际正常需求。我们希望日本进一步正视国际社会关切，继续采取切实措施，及早解决这一核材料供需严重失衡的问题。
