碧辉园酒店位于普宁市广汕公路大华溪路，由多座裙楼构成，集客房、餐饮、健身、娱乐、商务会议等功能于一体，其中酒店KTV位于娱乐楼1至4楼，共有KTV包厢约50间，SPA会所（水疗中心）位于酒店迎宾楼1至3楼。
二、暗访工作情况
省公安厅暗访人员对该酒店进行了全面暗访。经对酒店KTV暗访，该KTV正常营业，但当晚只有1间房有客人消费，未发现有偿陪侍及涉黄情况。经对酒店水会进行暗访，该水会正常营业，为消费客人提供正规按摩服务，未发现涉黄情况。此外，暗访人员未发现酒店设有游戏机室。
三、下一步工作措施
当前，我省正在开展集中打击整治涉黄问题专项行动，不排除部分曾存在涉黄活动的场所迫于目前公安机关的严打压力而自行关门停业或暂时停止提供色情服务项目的情况。下一步，如在工作中发现普宁市碧辉园酒店存在涉黄涉赌违法犯罪活动，坚决依法查处打击；发现当地公安机关在扫黄禁赌工作中存在失职、渎职或充当“保护伞”等问题的，广东省公安厅将严格按照省厅5号令等规定对相关责任人倒查追责。
