一楼的餐厅包厢起步价为1580元，二楼的28间客房均为大床房，每间市场价在2000元－4000元之间(不含15%服务费)。此外，会所还设有特色演艺厅、KTV、咖啡厅，烧烤处，拥有海上游泳池，并提供潜水、豪华游艇一日游等服务。据大东海景区的值班人员介绍，会所里可以唱歌、钓鱼、吃饭，接待的都是“高档人”，要上去还必须提前与岸上的负责人员联系。

据“大东海渔村”餐厅工作人员介绍，海上会所造价5000多万元，为三亚椰海金滩集团所有，其自身并没有动力系统。因为台风季节很快就要来到，会所承受不了巨大风浪，再加上目前办证还是面临困难，需要申请，等待批准等，会所将会被暂时拖离，如办证进展顺利，将会很快在年底左右开业。
由谁来管三亚要求联合整治
对于“三亚椰海金滩幸福岛海上会所”违规建造、无证经营的现象，管不管，谁来管，相关部门各执一词。
据三亚旅游委一位不愿透露姓名的负责人介绍，该会所已存在两三年，按职能管理划分，应属交通局、海事部门管理，其餐厅、住宿营业，应属于工商部门管理，旅游部门对此没有执法权。
三亚海事部门透露，该会所已建成几年，实际为大型海上浮台，但它既不能按船舶类进行登记，也未像钻井平台一样获得入海许可，建造技术、抗风浪能力、安全措施等都没有参照标准，也未经过相关部门论证。
另据知情人士透露，此海域属于珊瑚保护区，这给管理带来了更大的难度。三亚安监、交通、消防、海洋等部门都曾对该会所进行调查整治。
