　　孝感市区的府河，由多条支流汇入。3月19日上午9时，记者一行选择从府河的支流流经的滚子河生态公园出发寻找排污口。该公园远看绿意葱葱，记者一行沿着公园的滚子河徒步，却惊人发现这个“绿水绕小岛，花海伴绿洲”的公园竟然有两个排污口。第一个排污口直径约1.5米，排污口上面一条马路之隔是楼盘“金东华府”。公园内的第二个排污口直径约0.6米，该排污口一条马路之隔是孝感万豪大酒店，而这滚子河生态公园附近就是孝感市人民政府。

　　滚子河大桥两岸垃圾成堆 志愿者询问时村民还在扔

　　离开滚子河生态公园，记者沿滚子河下游继续调查。站在滚子河大桥上看到，桥下漂浮着垃圾的河水穿流而过。在滚子河大桥附近，河水的两岸都倾倒有大量的建筑垃圾和生活垃圾，弃土在河边堆积成山。记者注意到，在大桥的上游，河边堆积起来的建筑弃土和垃圾质地松软，边缘部分已滑至河水中；位于桥下游的河岸，倾倒了大量黄色弃土，并侵占了部分河道。

　　更为讽刺的是，在孝感市孝南区苏旮旯村，记者看到府河支流老县河河滩上生活垃圾遍布，废弃纸屑、塑料袋等随处可见，几处垃圾集中堆放的地方已形成了小山包，有的不堪重负，沿斜坡滑落河水中。而这些垃圾仅1米开外，就是该村的垃圾中转站。中转站内仅堆放了20公分高的垃圾，很显然，当地居民更“青睐”河滩这个“垃圾中转站”。

　　污染大户造纸企业林立 泵站口河水污染加剧

　　在福广路口泵站口，记者看到河岸边有一个约1米宽的长方形管道正在持续排放污水，且水量较大。其中所排污水呈暗黑色，并伴有刺鼻臭味，由于此处长期排污，河水富营养化，在该排水口下方的植物长得十分茂盛；而在河对岸的另一排污口，大量浑浊的污水也正源源不断地流入滚子河中。当日，虽有阳光照射，但滚子河水却难以见底，且因污染严重呈深褐色。

　　在福广路口泵站口附近，记者发现了恒安纸业、维达纸业、洁柔纸业等造纸厂。据志愿者柯志强介绍，造纸工业是中国污染环境的主要行业之一。目前我国制浆造纸工业污水排放量约占全国污水排放总量的10—12%，居第三位。有志愿者质疑这些企业的排污管道极有可能在福广路泵站口汇总，排入滚子河，最终汇入府河。

　　滚子河闸口支流汇入府河 一条河流两种颜色

　　滚子河在滚子河闸口处汇入府河。记者当天在闸口处看到，闸口的排污管正排出大量的废水，可以清楚地看到府河变成两种颜色，靠近闸口的呈暗黑色，另一边是褐黄色。在闸口的一端，虽有卧龙堤防段立的一块“严禁往河道倾倒垃圾，违者罚款”的告示牌，但在排水管下方，仍有大量倾倒的垃圾随水流飘入河中。

　　“如今的府河支流滚子河和老县河近乎死水，特别是夏天，从桥上经过时，那臭味根本受不了！”居住在附近的居民刘婆婆说，这一带住户的生活垃圾和生活污水都是直接往河里倒。滚子河大桥旁龙宫村的周爹爹告诉记者，“村里有小孩子玩耍不小心沾到滚子河和府河水，没过几天就皮肤溃烂了，到医院治了好久才好。”
