　　进村的这条小路上，记者碰到了一群正在路边整理被褥、衣物等行李的四川籍农民工师傅们，他们三天前开始租住在车刘村中的，对于遭遇的一幕，他们都很气愤，也很无奈，“东西都不让人拿，直接把人赶出来就开始拆房子”。

　　进入村内，记者看到了一台正在作业的挖掘机，挖掘机作业过的地方，房屋已基本全部被拆除。而在村内的各条道路上，记者看到了很多零散堆着的被褥、床垫、脸盆等生活用品，“早上被赶出来，东西都没拿，趁着那边拆的时候，我进房子拿出来的。”一位正在整理东西的村民对记者说。

　　郑姓村民告诉记者说，上午9点多，大概四五十名身份不明的年轻人进到村子里，开始挨家挨户拍门叫嚷，告知村民们马上穿衣起床，要“拆房子”了，很多受到惊吓不愿意出来或者还没起床的村民被强拉、拖拽出房屋，还有村民与这些不明身份的年轻人进行理论时发生了冲突，“我亲眼见到邻居由于和这伙不明身份的人多说了几句话，就被围起来打了”。

　　一位村民还告诉记者，从早上到现在可能已经拆了近十户了，至于为什么突然要“强拆”他们的房子？负责拆迁的是些什么人？又是谁组织的？他表示都不清楚。

　　车刘村所在的三桥街道办副主任孟文钊接受采访时表示，此次拆迁的整体情况他目前还不太了解，辖区派出所中午时给他汇报过此事，称车刘村发生了冲突，他当时已要求民警尽快赶到现场把局面稳住，不要出现治安和刑事事件。针对究竟是谁组织和主导的此次拆迁工作，进行拆迁的人员又都是哪的，他表示将会安排人进行调查。

　　孟文钊副主任介绍说，车刘村是经过西咸新区沣东新城土地储备中心下达批复要进行城改的一个村，拆迁工作是从2013年8月28日就开始的，执行的拆迁政策按照每人安置65平米的住宅和20平米的商业面积进行补偿，车刘村拆迁工作完成后，将被用于商业开发和城中村综合改造。

　　到目前为止，车刘村348户村民中，80%的住户已经达成了拆迁协议，只剩下六七十户没有签订拆迁协议，这些没有签订拆迁协议的村民的诉求都比较高，按照现行的拆迁补偿政策而言很难满足这些村民的诉求。

　　他同时表示，政府三令五申不能暴力拆迁，不能侵害农民宅基地权益，他们接下来将对此事进行调查，如果发现存在暴力拆迁的问题，将追究相关当事人的责任。

　　随后，记者又来到沣东新城管委会了解情况，管委会值班室一位韩姓工作人员接待了记者，他将记者反映的情况和需要了解的问题进行了登记，表示将尽快汇报给上级领导，并给记者答复。
