　　21日，有媒体报道称，河北省邢台市桥西区政府以“劳动就业服务中心”的旗号新建近4.99万平方米超大豪华办公楼。此工程耗资1.38亿元，目前大楼主体工程已经完工。有市民向媒体反映此建筑为桥西区区委、区政府综合办公大楼。

　　此事经媒体报道后，引起广大网民及邢台市民关注，市民对于此建筑的使用性质及建筑的手续存在质疑。

　　就此事，邢台市桥西区政府办公室25日向媒体通报称，此事经媒体报道后引起邢台市桥西区区委、区政府高度重视。经调查，此建筑为邢台市桥西区劳动就业暨群众文化活动中心，共计15000平方米，其中区档案馆5000平方米，区工会服务中心3000平方米，区公共资源交易中心2000平方米，区行政服务中心3000平方米，区全民健身活动中心2000平方米。建设此项目的主要目的是为下岗职工、失业人员进行培训和再就业创造条件，同时为广大市民提供文化活动场所。

　　该项目自2012年12月开工，目前主体工程已经完工，预计2014年6月10日竣工。该建筑已使用“邢台市桥西区劳动就业暨群众文化活动中心”的名称申办了土地使用证、规划许可证、施工许可证等相关证件，所有相关手续齐全。该建筑为公共服务设施，非邢台市桥西区政府办公楼。

　　25日下午，邢台市桥西区政府办公室向媒体出示了该项目的所有证件及批文，其中包括国有土地使用证、建筑工程规划许可证、建筑工程施工许可证、建设用地规划许可证及发展和改革委员会相关批文，所有手续申办名称均为“邢台市桥西区劳动就业暨群众文化活动中心”。

　　该项目基建负责人张利军表示，此项目是国家支持的一项德政工程、民心工程，此设施建成后能最大限度地满足群众日益增长的精神文化需求，对此项目邢台市领导及相关部门非常重视，此建筑只会用于为群众服务的公共设施，绝对不会成为邢台市桥西区政府办公楼。(完)
