据中国之声《央广新闻》报道,长春“高铁快递”服务4月1号就将正式上线,国内包裹当日送达有望成为现实,只是这样的"当日达"快递却因其堪称天价的收费,让普通市民直呼“邮不起”。

“高铁快递”是中铁快递公司利用高铁提供的城际间小件包裹快运的服务,4月首批开通包括北京、上海、长沙、郑州、哈尔滨、沈阳等20个城市,长春也是其中之一,现在已经开始试运营。

据工作人员介绍,高铁的小件包裹开运现阶段只能够办理不超过5公斤的货物运输,具体业务就分为次日达、次前达和当日达三种,也就是第二天到、第二天早上到和当天到达。以长春到上海为例,选择次日达,首重(一公斤)资费基准17元;但如果选择当日达,这个数字就得翻将近8倍,达到130元。对一个一公斤重的包裹来说,这样的运费的确不便宜,堪称天价。17元和130元之间从送达时间上看最多仅相差24个小时。多数受访的长春市民表示,如果不是非常重要的急件,是绝对不可能选择这样高收费的快递的。更有不少市民也认为,现在的普通快递和EMS服务也挺好,收费比高铁快递便宜了不少,晚到两天是完全可以接受的。

从记者采访的情况来看,没有体验过高铁快递的普通市民对这个新兴事物持比较保守的态度,而多数快递公司也没有因此产生过大的危机感。长春一位快递公司负责人认为,短期内高铁快递不会给他们带来太大的影响。在他看来,现在大多数快件还是从淘宝等购物网站生成的,相比来说高铁快递的价格和它的速度一样高端,本就在拼价格、降成本的网络卖家是不会把它作为业务首选的。

快递物流咨询网首席顾问徐勇也表示,高铁快递是我国一个特色,也是中铁快运向市场化转型的一个切入点。他认为这种转型应该从门对门服务、现实服务和增值服务这三项服务上下工夫。从目前高铁快递试运营每天约170万件的业务量来看,门到门服务的业务量只占到三成,不能送货到家是他的短板,因此他认为,从短期来看难以撼动目前快递市场现有的格局。
