昨晚，国内最大视频网站优酷土豆（纽交所上市公司）宣布获阿里巴巴和云峰基金12.2亿美元战略投资，阿里巴巴持股16.5%，且可能继续增持。这意味着，在投资华谊兄弟、文化中国和华数传媒之后，马云在构建阿里娱乐文化版图上再下一城，而此前传言的百度和腾讯均出局。

据此前业内消息，阿里巴巴和腾讯均有意入股国内最大视频网站优酷土豆，上月就传出消息称，腾讯将以3亿美元以及旗下腾讯视频入股优酷土豆,并持有其20%的股份。不过，腾讯总裁刘炽平在最近的一次内部战略会议上否认了腾讯视频将出售的消息，这也意味着腾讯放弃了投资优酷。

腾讯曾从中抬价

对于阿里巴巴来说，拿下视频业务更为紧迫，在BAT（百度、阿里巴巴和腾讯）三大互联网巨头中，视频已经成为一个不可或缺的流量入口。百度已将爱奇艺和pps打造成国内排名第二的视频网站，腾讯坐拥腾讯视频，阿里是唯一在视频领域毫无落点的公司。而且，近期优酷股价连续下跌，市值低至40亿美元，阿里巴巴选择在此时机出手，也有利于降低入股成本。

消息人士称，最初阿里巴巴希望以大股东的身份进入，遭到优酷土豆反对，腾讯曾从中抬价,导致谈判一度陷入僵持。最终，阿里巴巴联手云锋基金以12.2亿美元购得优酷土豆A股普通股721120860股（每18股优酷土豆A类普通股相当于一股ADS），阿里巴巴持股比例16.5%，云峰基金持股比例2%。据悉，阿里巴巴将委派其CEO陆兆禧加入优酷土豆董事会。不过，阿里巴巴有望在日后继续增持优酷土豆。

马云显露文化帝国野心

近期，阿里巴巴在娱乐文化领域动作频频，显露出马云在电商之外还想打造一个娱乐文化帝国的野心。从最初投资华谊兄弟涉足电影业，到整合虾米网、天天动听等在线音乐网站；到今年投资文化中国，意在落子电影和传媒业，随后紧跟着投资华数传媒，搭建好进入客厅的管道。有评论说，如今阿里巴巴投资优酷，则意在抢占包括电视、手机和电影等多屏市场，其布局更加清晰明显。

阿里入股优酷也将对视频行业带来冲击。56网市场营销副总裁李浩认为，视频行业第一阵营最终只会有两到三家，这也将导致视频行业继续残酷的竞争。

视频网站进军影视业

一举拿下阿里巴巴10亿多美元的战略投资后，优酷土豆的野心也更为明显，其触角或继续延伸至传统影视行业。

从2013年推刘德华主演的大片《风暴》首开联合出品大电影之先河，到首部互联网电影《老男孩》，再到2014年预估10~15部联合出品的电影、20亿~30亿票房占中国电影票房的10%，优酷土豆的电影业务做得有声有色。而不久前优酷土豆高级副总裁朱辉龙也曾露出口风：正在考虑成立电影公司。

业界预测，如果优酷土豆能够和专业的影视制作机构华谊兄弟、文化中国更深入地合作，再加上100亿元的现金储备，不仅是电影公司，未来其成立电视剧制作公司也完全可以想象。
