爆料：阿里巴巴或将战略投资优酷

据多个可靠消息源透露，阿里投资优酷的事情已于日前敲定，双方将于本周内宣布这一消息（甚至有消息称今天下午将宣布）。阿里巴巴战略入股优酷，只是小股东，具体持股比例不详，但未来有可能增持。这意味着优酷与腾讯、百度进行的资本谈判已基本失败，如果交易宣布，这也是中国网络视频业近期最重大的格局变动案件。

我们从消息人士处获得了五点重要信息：

1、阿里与优酷本次的谈判相当曲折，最初阿里巴巴是希望以大股东的身份进入，但遭到优酷的反对，再加上腾讯一度从中抬价，谈判曾一度陷入僵局。

2、本次阿里巴巴主要以战略投资者的身份进行投资，并未持有太多股份，但补充协议中规定，未来阿里第二阶段将可以通过注资的形式进行股份增持。

3、优酷与阿里协议的签署，意味着此前与腾讯、百度等诸多绯闻企业的注资谈判已基本告吹，同时意味着阿里巴巴放弃单独做视频业务的打算。去年阿里巴巴曾挖角腾讯视频掌门人刘春宁加盟，外界一度将该消息解读为阿里要单独做视频的信号。

4、据了解，之前，阿里曾与优酷达成协议，规定在同等价格下，优酷将先接受阿里的投资，由此判断本次阿里入股优酷所开出的条件不低于百度等对手。

5、近期优酷股价波段下跌，市值较低，只有40亿美金，在此阶段出手，相信有利于降低阿里入股的成本。
