当然，培养未来用户是一项长远计划，而近期目标则是为中小学教室带来更多科技以缩小不同学校、不同学生在科技运用上的差距。Evans举了一个例子：在过去的冬天里，西弗吉尼亚一所学校由于暴雪天气而不得不停课45天，而如果能在互联网上进行远程授课就能大大减少学生们的损失——“在过去10年里，我们都习惯了有电话、有电脑就能随时随地办公。”他说道，“人们对科技的运用依然存在巨大差距。”
