诺基亚卖了手机部门，就把包袱甩掉了？

诺基亚今日公布了2014年第一季度财报。而在上周五，其已经把手机业务部门卖给了微软，那么手机部门在诺基亚的最后一个完整季度里表现如何呢？诺基亚算是甩了包袱吗？由于业务出售，诺基亚在财报中将营收分成了两个部分，包括网络设备、HERE地图、专利技术在内的可持续运营项目和包括手机部门的的不可持续运营项目。

根据财务数据，诺基亚第一季度可持续运营项目营收为26.64亿欧元，同比下降15%，环比下降23%。这其中，网络设备营收为23.28亿欧元，同比下降17%，环比下降25%；HERE地图营收为2.09亿欧元，同比下降3%，环比下降18%；而专利技术营收为1.31亿欧元，同比增长7%，环比增长8%。

诺基亚解释称，网络设备收入同比下滑源于全球服务部收入下滑及部分业务（光纤）的剥离；而环比下降因为季节性因素。

从毛利率上来看，网络设备、HERE地图、专利技术这三项业务分别为39.6%、77.5%、98.5%。综合毛利率为45.7%，较去年同期提高6.4个百分点。

诺基亚第一季度可持续运营项目运营利润为2.42亿欧元，去年同期的运营亏损是3000万欧元。而来自可持续运营项目的净利润为1.08亿欧元，去年同期的净亏损为9800万欧元。

综上，除去手机业务的诺基亚在运营状况有了些好转，已经能够实现盈利。

那甩给微软的手机项目呢？

财报显示，该业务依旧很糟糕，第一季度诺基亚手机销售收入为19.29亿欧元，同比下降了30%，环比下降了27%；运营亏损达到了3.26亿欧元，同比扩大172%，环比也扩大了66%；净亏损为3.39亿欧元，同比扩大97%，而2013年全年净亏损为7.80亿欧元。

在毛利率上，诺基亚手机业务一季度毛利率为16.2%，较去年同期下降5.7个百分点，较上个季度下降4.4个百分点。

诺基亚称一季度手机出货量及产品均价在同比与环比都出现了下滑，唯一值得高兴的是智能设备出货量同比出现了上升。不过诺基亚没有公布具体数据。

可以看出，手机业务在该季度出现恶化的趋势，诺基亚对此的解释仍是市场竞争激烈及平台的弱势。

随着与微软的交易完成，诺基亚可以甩掉亏损的包袱，同时获得大笔现金。这家百年老店又开始了新一次转型，未来仍值得我们关注。不过由于退出了手机市场，它也会逐渐被很多人所遗忘。
