4月28日晚间消息，携程旅行网今天宣布战略投资同程网络科技股份有限公司。此次交易以现金方式完成，涉及金额超过2亿美元。

携程旅行网通过旗下上海携程国际旅行有限公司与同程网络科技股份有限公司达成相关投资协议。通过此次投资，携程将成为仅次于同程管理层团队的第二大股东。此次交易以现金方式完成，涉及金额超过2亿美元。
