主动与人“聊天”，听到表扬还会高兴。今年下半年，市民在一些电信营业厅办理业务时，将有望邂逅一个4G机器人，她功能多样，还可以现场体验4G。据悉，这也是上海电信推出的首个客服机器人。
近日，记者在上交会上看到，这台产自韩国的高科技4G机器人制作精良，身高有1.55米，脸部很立体，一对大大的眼睛显得活泼可爱。一位电信工作人员介绍，这个机器人是上海电信结合4G网络和国际上最新互动机器人技术，推出的全新4G业务体验平台。在机器人的身体部分，安装了一个显示屏，可进行各种业务操作，如资费查询、体验各种最新的4G应用，还可实时看到网速情况等。
此外，电信工作人员介绍，4G机器人会被输入不同的指令模式，可在营业厅内四处走动，引导办理各种业务。如有人和“她”说话，就会停下来互动交流，充当客服人员的角色。介绍业务时表情诚恳，如市民说不会办理某种业务，“她”会露出伤心的表情，如得到表扬，又会显得很开心。上海电信方面透露，预计今年下半年，在杨高路、江苏路等人流量较大的营业厅，市民有望看到4G机器人。
