　　他还表示，中国政府一直在为说服朝鲜半岛进行努力。他指出，朝鲜半岛是否会将核试验付诸行动还需进一步观察，有关国家应共同努力，使朝鲜半岛主动弃核，并避免使半岛紧张局势升级。

　　此外，邱国洪大使还就朝鲜最高领导人金正恩访华的可能性表示，要实现双方领导人互访不仅要考虑政治条件，也要考虑国际社会氛围。

　　就美国总统奥巴马访韩时举办记者会说慰安妇问题是严重侵害人权的问题他表示，在慰安妇问题上，中国和韩国一样，是最大的受害者，奥巴马总统应该在日本发表这一言论。
