中新网广州4月29日电?(程景伟?越公宣?龚宣)广州北京路28日下午发生一起群殴事件，警方向天鸣两枪后控制住场面。广州越秀警方29日对外称，经过连续缜密侦查，警方已抓获陈某(男，27岁，广东汕头人)等7名涉案犯罪嫌疑人，并依法刑事拘留。
经广州越秀警方初步调查，越秀区北京路206号之一的商铺物业产权纠纷的其中一方中某公司经理陈某，纠集多名男子到上址与商铺内另一方的5名男子发生争执，随后在北京路引发斗殴，造成3名涉事男子受伤。警方接报后，迅速赶赴现场处置。在制止双方斗殴过程中，民警依法向天鸣2枪示警。在支援警力配合下，民警先后抓获8名嫌疑人员。
据悉，至29日中午，3名伤者由医院救治，暂无生命危险，经法医初步鉴定，分别为2人轻伤、1人轻微伤。陈某等7名犯罪嫌疑人因涉嫌聚众斗殴已被广州越秀警方依法刑事拘留。案件正在进一步调查中。(完)
