Mutual?respect?for?each?other′s?choice?of?development?path?with?its?own?specifications?and?to?pursue?domestic?and?foreign?policy,?sticks?to?the?principle?of?non-interference?in?internal?affairs?set?forth?in?the?Charter.?Respect?Czech?People′s?Republic?of?China′s?sovereignty?and?territorial?integrity?and?fully?recognize?the?importance?and?sensitivity?of?Tibet-related?issues,?and?reiterated?adherence?to?the?one-China?policy?and?insists?that?Tibet?is?an?inalienable?part?of?the?Chinese?territory,?refuses?to?support?any?form?of?"independence?of?Tibet".
Both?sides?are?willing?to?expand?dialogues?and?exchanges?in?various?levels,?each?level,?support?for?the?legislatures?of?the?two?countries?maintain?a?dialogue?on?issues?of?common?concern.?The?parties?reaffirm?their?wish?on?the?basis?of?equality?and?mutual?respect,?shared?commitment?to?the?promotion?and?protection?of?human?rights.
Both?sides?appreciated?areas?such?as?health,?local?and?cultural?cooperation?between?the?positive?progress?achieved,?and?decided?to?further?tap?potential,?close?cooperation?in?science?and?technology,?education,?energy,?agriculture?and?other?fields,?continue?to?strengthen?tourism?Exchange,?personnel?exchanges?to?provide?more?convenience?for?both?sides.
Both?sides?are?willing?to?increase?mutual?investment,?promote?trade?growth,?encourage?enterprises?of?the?two?countries?to?invest?in?each?other′s?country?and?enterprise,?and?strive?to?create?favorable?conditions?for?cooperation?between?the?two?sides.?The?parties?support?the?enterprises?of?the?two?countries?in?accordance?with?the?"Government?guidance,?corporate?decisions,?market?operation"?principle?to?explore?the?possibilities?of?establishing?trade?science?and?technology?parks?in?the?Czech?Republic,?supports?the?cooperation?between?enterprises?of?the?two?countries?in?third?markets.
The?two?sides?spoke?highly?of?the?current?China-Eastern?Europe?cooperation?momentum.?China?appreciates?the?Czech?actively?participated?in?such?cooperation,?welcomed?the?Czech?to?play?a?greater?role?in?the?future.?Both?sides?are?willing?to?jointly?promote?the?China-Europe?cooperation?to?a?new?stage?in?the?Middle?East,?in?line?with?the?process?of?the?development?of?China-EU?comprehensive?strategic?partnership.
Both?sides?are?willing?to?strengthen?cooperation?in?the?United?Nations?and?other?international?organizations?together?to?respond?effectively?to?threats?and?challenges?to?international?peace?and?security.?Both?sides?condemn?all?forms?of?terrorism?and?called?on?the?international?community?to?strengthen?cooperation?in?the?fight?against?terrorism.
中新网4月29日电?据外交部网站消息，应中华人民共和国外交部部长王毅邀请，捷克共和国外交部部长扎奥拉莱克于2014年4月28日至30日访华。两国外交部达成一系列共识，捷克尊重中华人民共和国主权和领土完整，充分认识到涉藏问题的重要性和敏感性，重申坚持一个中国政策，坚持西藏是中国领土不可分割的一部分，拒绝支持任何形式的“西藏独立”。
双方重申高度重视中捷关系，愿以两国建交65周年为契机，在相互尊重、平等相待、照顾彼此核心关切基础上，本着中华人民共和国政府和捷克共和国政府于1999年和2005年发表的联合声明中确定的原则进一步深化合作，为两国传统友好关系发展注入新动力。
双方相互尊重各自根据本国国情选择的发展道路及奉行的内外政策，重申坚持《联合国宪章》规定的不干涉内政原则。捷克尊重中华人民共和国主权和领土完整，充分认识到涉藏问题的重要性和敏感性，重申坚持一个中国政策，坚持西藏是中国领土不可分割的一部分，拒绝支持任何形式的“西藏独立”。
双方愿扩大两国各级别、各层次对话与交流，支持两国立法机关就共同关心的问题保持对话。双方重申，愿在平等和相互尊重的基础上，共同致力于促进和保护人权。
双方赞赏两国卫生、地方及文化等领域合作取得的积极进展，决定进一步挖掘潜力，密切科技、教育、能源、农业等领域合作，继续加强旅游交流，为双方人员往来提供更多便利。
双方愿加大相互投资力度，推动贸易不断增长，鼓励两国企业赴对方国家投资兴业，并努力为双方合作创造良好条件。双方支持两国企业按照“政府引导，企业决策，市场运作”原则探讨在捷克建立经贸科技园的可能性，支持两国企业在第三方市场开展合作。
双方高度评价当前中国—中东欧国家合作良好势头。中方赞赏捷方积极参与上述合作，欢迎捷方今后发挥更大作用。双方愿共同推动中国—中东欧国家合作再上新台阶，这符合中欧全面战略伙伴关系不断向前发展的进程。
双方愿加强在联合国及其他国际组织中的合作，共同有效应对国际和平与安全面临的各种威胁和挑战。双方谴责一切形式的恐怖主义，呼吁国际社会加强打击恐怖主义的合作。
