拒绝上诉?动机依然成谜
4月25日，太原市中级人民法院对去年11月6日发生的“山西省委门前爆炸案”作出一审判决，被告人丰志均被判处死刑，其当庭表示不上诉。
案发5个多月后，丰志均制造爆炸案的动机依然不明。官方称其“报复社会”，但未解释报复社会的原因。丰志均的妻子则表示，其存在精神障碍。
丰志均一审判死刑不上诉
据新华社报道，2013年11月6日2时40分许，丰志均携带9枚自制的爆炸装置安放在太原市迎泽大街迎泽桥东附近。当日7时40分至8时许，9枚爆炸装置在其设定的时间陆续爆炸。
爆炸具体地点位于太原市迎泽大街两侧的绿化带内，北侧为山西省委正门，南侧为山西省科技厅。该案造成1人当场死亡、17人受伤。
2013年11月8日凌晨2时，警方宣布该案告破，犯罪嫌疑人丰志均在太原被抓捕归案。事发后，警方从丰志均住处缴获了私自制造的爆炸装置，发现了大量犯罪证据，并查获了其作案时驾驶的车辆。
丰志均42岁，太原市杏花岭区人。记者了解到，他是一名出租车司机，主要上晚班。其家人称，事发当晚和次日，即11月6日、7日晚上，丰志均仍正常出车上班，直至被警方控制。邻居则称，6日下午出车时，丰志均仍然跟邻居们打了招呼。
今年4月16日，太原市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了丰志均爆炸案，太原市检察院以涉嫌爆炸罪对被告人丰志均依法提起公诉。
庭审中，丰志均对公诉机关指控的犯罪事实没有异议。
昨日，丰志均的辩护律师南守军对记者称，该案于4月25日一审宣判，被告丰志均被判处死刑。
得知判决结果后，丰志均当庭表示不上诉。在庭后律师会见时，丰志均对南守军表示，案件确实为自己所为，“生死由命”。
动机仍不明朗
从2013年11月案发，到今年4月一审判决，丰志均的作案动机依然不明朗。
据记者了解，丰志均文化程度为初中肄业，育有一子，并无家庭矛盾。其妻子杨某则在某服装城卖服装，丰家的经济条件属于当地中等水平。
丰家位于太原市杏花岭区某普通小区，丰家为一套三居室，面积约130平方米。房间布置和装修均属中等，与普通家庭无异。
爆炸案发一周后，丰家客厅的窗台上，仍放着两大桶鱼食。家人称其为丰志均在案发前制作，钓鱼是丰志均最大的爱好，丰志均常驱车去太原南郊的晋阳湖钓鱼。
一名邻居回忆，丰志均比较热心，有时开车上班看到邻居出门，他常主动招呼别人上车捎一程。在岳父眼中，丰志均社会关系简单，除了上班，下班就待在家里，“特别守家”。
事后，丰志均的多名家人和邻居都对其爆炸行为表示不解。
对于其作案动机，官方解释为“报复社会”，但并未具体解释丰志均报复社会的原因。
昨日，丰志均的妻子杨某对记者表示，丰志均作案前并无先兆。他从年轻时就存在精神障碍，“像是妄想症的症状”。
杨某称，丰志均表面看似正常，但深入交往后，可知其有时举止怪异，“谁也走不进他的世界”。丰志均曾于2009年在家中割脉自杀，获救后拒绝向家人解释自杀原因，并曾有奇怪的举止。
杨某表示，她也无法解释丰志均作案的具体动机。
应家属要求，今年3月，山西省某精神疾病鉴定机构对丰志均作出精神鉴定。据其律师南守军称，鉴定显示丰志均有偏执型人格障碍，负有完全刑事责任能力。
杨某表示，在一审期间，丰志均的家人和律师曾对此鉴定结果不服，希望进行再次鉴定，但未获准。
此外，官方称，丰志均曾因盗窃被判处有期徒刑9年。杨某称，该犯罪行为系丰志均年轻时所为，距爆炸案发已经多年，难以相信两者存在关联。
