央广网福州4月29日消息（记者彭建军?张子亚）据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道，昨天中午，在福州市闽侯县?祥谦镇发生了一起恶性撞人事件。事情发生后，福建省警方迅速出警，对该肇事车辆进行了围堵，并很快将肇事男子抓住，省市县相关部门也立即采取了行动，一方面积极抢救伤者，另一方面对遇难家属进行安抚。截止目前，该事件已经造成7人死亡，其中3名为儿童，12人受伤。
昨天上午11时10分左右，福州市闽侯县青口镇庄头村到祥谦镇的凤港一带，一林姓男子驾驶轿车突然冲撞路边行人。当时正值小学放学时间，闽侯县祥谦镇凤港小学的四名学生两名老师当场被撞，另有凤港小学学生林某君一家四口中两人当场被撞身亡，分别是小君念三年级的姐姐和上幼儿园的弟弟，她和奶奶也都被撞伤，小君的邻居吴女士告诉我们，小君的姐姐背着书包刚要进家门，结果被撞当场身亡。
吴女士：我过去看的时候她那个大孙女已经躺在那里了。
当天11点19分左右，福州闽侯县公安局指挥中心接警后，该局指挥中心立即指令奔驰大道周边的派出所迅速出警，围堵该肇事车辆。11时30分许，民警驾驶警车在尚干镇奔驰大道和203省道交界处成功将该肇事车辆截停。12时20分许，在劝说未果情况下，民警果断采取措施，将车内肇事男子迅速制服。
福州市公安局新闻发言人陈毓秀：这个事情发生的很快，十一分钟。闽侯反应很快派出三个派出所进行围堵，我们市局也调派了特警、刑侦民警也去了现场。
多位村民对记者说，撞人者是福州长乐人，是庄头村老人活动中心承包者张先生的女婿。事发当天，法院判决肇事者林某与妻子离婚，之前双方已经分居许久。
村民：反正夫妻不和，好像闹离婚很久了。
经警方初布调查，该肇事男子林某新因婚姻问题，情绪失控，驾车从闽侯县青口镇往祥谦镇方向，沿奔驰大道行驶，连续撞人，致7人死亡，13人受伤。目前所有伤者被分别送到了福州市4个医院救治。其中，福州市第二医院接收10名伤者。此外小君和另外一个女孩小欣在南京军区福州总院治疗，小女孩小欣因脑部受伤较严重，抢救后转入ICU病房观察。小君已无大碍。但小君的奶奶被撞得颅骨断裂，双耳出血，颅骨有块骨头定在脑浆里，随时有生命危险，目前正在福州市第二人民医院抢救。小君的舅舅在医院对记者说：
小君的舅舅：相当残忍，最小的死掉了，还有个大的，8、9岁的也死掉了。
事件通过微博微信传播后，许多网友都纷纷谴责肇事者的不耻行径。福州市公安局新闻发言人陈毓秀和许多群众一样有些不解。
陈毓秀：从我个人角度来讲，因为家庭的因素，婚姻的问题他情绪这么失控导致这个残局我觉得是很不应该的。具体到底是什么原因我们还在预审，具体细节案件还在调查。
记者了解到，福建警方在第一时间现场处置完毕后，已经介入后续调查，事件的真正原因还待警方公布。目前福建省、福州市以及闽侯县三级党委政府正全力抢救伤员，安抚群众。
