新京报讯(记者?邓琦)今日上午，北京市发改委正式发布京城水价新方案，市发改委委员李素芳介绍，自今年5月1日起，非居民、特殊行业和居民水价同步调整。将现行的工商业、旅游饭店餐饮等用水，合并简化为非居民用水，从现行每立方米6.15元，调整到每立方米8.15元。
此外，特殊行业目前包括纯净水业、洗车业、洗浴业等，目前水价每立方米不足百元，此次调整为每立方米160元，高尔夫球场和滑雪场纳入特殊行业管理，执行160元每立方米水价。
