中新网4月29日电?据广西纪检监察网消息，日前，广西来宾市兴宾区迁江镇发生了一起公务接待中违规上酒、违规饮酒，致使该镇拟任副镇长钟谢飞酒后意外死亡事件。广西自治区纪委、自治区党委组织部会同来宾市有关部门进行查处，对违反作风纪律建设有关规定的11名责任领导进行了严肃处理。
经查，2014年4月9日上午，来宾市兴宾区招商局原副局长钟谢飞到迁江镇报到，担任镇党委委员，提名为副镇长人选。镇党委副书记招禅交代镇人大副主席潘滨洪当天中午在镇政府饭堂安排公务接待，欢迎新到任的镇领导。当日，来宾市广电局、兴宾区文体局有4位同志到迁江镇开展乡镇广播电视站项目前期工作，潘滨洪交代饭堂再安排一桌工作餐。
中午12时30分左右，在镇里的领导班子成员和来宾市广电局、兴宾区文体局4位同志参加午餐，镇党委书记黎修瑜因外出未参加。席间，迁江镇违反相关规定，共上了12斤当地散装米酒，用餐人员与钟谢飞之间相互敬酒。中午1时30分就餐结束后，迁江镇安排司机将钟谢飞送回其来宾城区家中，并安顿其休息。4月10日清晨6时左右，发现钟谢飞死亡。
根据有关规定和干部管理权限，来宾市兴宾区纪委、来宾市有关部门对11名相关领导和责任人作出处理：
迁江镇党委书记黎修瑜对事件的发生负有重要领导责任，给予党内警告处分；迁江镇党委副书记招禅对事件的发生负有主要领导责任，免去其迁江镇党委副书记职务，不再提名为迁江镇镇长人选，给予撤销党内职务处分；
迁江镇党委副书记韦高对事件的发生负有主要领导责任，免去其迁江镇党委副书记职务，不再提名为迁江镇人大主席人选，给予撤销党内职务处分；
迁江镇党委副书记覃辉对事件的发生负有主要领导责任，免去其迁江镇党委副书记、大里办事处主任职务，给予党内严重警告处分；迁江镇党委组织委员陆靖苏参加宴请并在工作日午间违规饮酒，免去其迁江镇党委组织委员职务，给予党内严重警告处分；
迁江镇党委宣传委员苏庆政参加宴请并在工作日午间违规饮酒，免去其迁江镇党委宣传委员职务，给予党内严重警告处分；迁江镇人大副主席潘滨洪对事件的发生负有重要领导责任，给予党内警告处分；
兴宾区文化和体育局党组成员、副局长谭景贝在工作日午间违规参与饮酒，免去其兴宾区文化和体育局党组成员、副局长职务，给予党内严重警告处分；
兴宾区人力资源和社会保障局党组成员、副局长谭詹让在工作日午间违规参与饮酒，免去其兴宾区人力资源和社会保障局党组成员、副局长职务，给予党内严重警告处分；
来宾市广播电视局科技科科长覃杰在工作日午间违规参与饮酒，免去其来宾市广播电视局科技科科长职务；
