中新网4月29日电?据共同社报道，日本一律师团体29日在中国黑龙江省哈尔滨市与部分日军遗华化学武器中毒事故受害者见面，并向受害者询问情况，以便向他们提供“人道主义援助”。
该律师团指出，有受害者因无法工作而在经济上陷入困境，有必要提供医疗及经济两方面的支援。律师团表示，将争取设立救助基金，与战后赔偿问题区分开来提供人道主义援助。
共同社报道称，1982年在黑龙江省牡丹江市及2003年8月在齐齐哈尔市发生的日军遗留化武毒气泄漏事故的总计12名受害者等接受了此次调查。律师团计划年内请中日医疗相关人士为受害者实施联合健康检查。
据介绍，齐齐哈尔发生的事故造成1人死亡43人受伤。对此，日方以“遗留化武处理工作费用”名义向中方支付了3亿日元(约合人民币1830万元)用于分发给受害者。但据悉，由于许多受害者后遗症严重，这笔款项并不够用。
