1.南通市港闸区幸福街道卫生服务中心违规发放福利问题。2013年9月，该中心党支部书记乔明吾未经批准擅自决定给每个职工发放2000元的“中秋夏令用品”，共计90000元。港闸区纪委给予乔明吾党内警告处分，并全额追缴违规发放的钱款。
2.南通市市区涵闸管理中心违规发放奖金问题。2013年12月26日，该中心主任朱福如主持召开领导班子扩大会议，决定以“创省档案工作二星级测评奖”的名义，给单位职工发放奖金共计134750元。南通市水利局给予朱福如行政警告处分，并全额追缴违规发放的钱款。
3.南通市如皋质量技术监督局食品生产监管科科长章海林、科员陆平工作日午间饮酒等问题。2013年8月12日，章海林、陆平二人接受某食品公司午宴并饮酒。当日下午，陆平接受某钢结构公司邀请，参加高消费娱乐活动，并与娱乐场所工作人员发生争执，造成较坏的社会影响。南通质量技术监督局给予章海林行政警告处分，如皋质量技术监督局给予陆平行政记大过处分。
