　　人民网北京4月29日电?据湖南省纪委主办的三湘风纪网消息，近日，常德市纪委对澧县政协主席严文波涉嫌严重违纪问题立案调查。

　　严文波，男，常德市澧县人，1957年出生，中共党员。1992年6月至1995年12月任澧县道河乡党委书记，1995年12月至1998年2月任澧县大堰垱镇党委书记，1998年2月至1999年9月任澧县县委办副主任，1999年9月至2001年1月任澧县宣传部长，2001年1月至2006年6月任澧县副县长，2006年6月至2011年6月任澧县县委常委、副县长，2011年6月至2012年2月任澧县政协党组副书记，2012年2月至2012年11月任澧县政协党组副书记、副主席，2012年11月起任澧县政协主席。
