　　台海网4月29日讯(海峡导报记者?陈捷?通讯员?陈城辉)只因在人群中被人多看了几眼，蔡某就发飙与人争吵，随后他竟纠集同伙持枪上门寻仇。近日，蔡某及其同伙因涉嫌聚众斗殴罪、非法持有枪支罪、寻衅滋事罪被翔安区检察院批准逮捕。

　　2月28日，犯罪嫌疑人蔡某、王某驾车行驶到翔安区大嶝桥口时，对面行驶的小蔡看了他几眼。蔡某事后说，他感觉对方在“瞪他”，是不尊重他。于是，他为此生气发火，就停车与被害人争论。

　　双方发生口角后，蔡某特意去打听到小蔡的住处，接着，他竟纠集洪某、彭某等十几人，持枪支、水管焊刀、木棍等工具，至小蔡家里要讨说法。更可怕的是，他还当场鸣枪逞威，在当地造成恶劣影响。

　　经查，蔡某及其同伙还同时涉嫌寻衅滋事罪等罪名，三名主犯均有前科，目前该案件正在进一步审查中。
