中新网深圳4月29日电?(郑小红?汪林丰)4月15日发生在深圳市罗湖区都市名园小区的一宗惨案，致三名合租的单身女性二死一重伤。
深圳市检察院29日以涉嫌故意杀人罪、抢劫罪、放火罪，对犯罪嫌疑人谢某批准逮捕。
凶残嫌犯已被批捕
2014年4月14日19时许，犯罪嫌疑人谢某预谋抢劫，随身携带水果刀窜至罗湖区金光华、万象城广场附近伺机作案。当晚23时许谢某进入都市名园小区二楼的某网吧寻找机会，从网吧后门通道走到小区六楼平台物色作案地点后，发现A栋7B房窗户没关，且窗户外有空调机等利于攀爬，遂决定入室作案。
4月15日凌晨3时许，谢某从窗户攀爬进入A栋7B房间，进入第一间房翻检财物时，熟睡女子被惊醒呼救，谢某即掏出水果刀连续刺向该女子致其死亡。翻查出现金后，谢某又进入套房的第二个房间，用厨房里拿出的菜刀将房间内女子砍伤，并捆绑拷问出银行卡密码。之后，谢某又骗开第三间房，抢劫财物并将房内女子捆绑拷问出密码。
抢劫之后为毁灭现场证据，谢某又回到第二个房间纵火，同时因担心第三个房间女子以后会指证自己，谢某直接将其刺死，并又回到第一个房间纵火后逃离现场。
犯罪嫌疑人谢某逃到中山后，于4月16日被公安部门抓获归案。4月29日，深圳市检察院以涉嫌故意杀人罪、抢劫罪、放火罪，对谢某批准逮捕。据了解，犯罪嫌疑人谢某对其入室抢劫、杀人、放火的犯罪事实供认不讳。
安全防范意识再次敲响警钟
三名被害女子分别出生于1987年、1988年，均工作于华润集团下属公司，作为同事合租于与单位不远的这套三居室内。三人中有两人毕业于北京大学，另一人从英国留学归国不久。
这起惨案给被害人家属更是留下了无尽的伤痛。其中有一位被害人，作为独生子女，其奶奶获知噩耗的第二天，即在悲痛中离世。
深圳市检察院侦查监督一处黄健检察官告诉记者，据犯罪嫌疑人供述，4月14日晚上其携刀在罗湖区金光华、万象城广场一带图谋抢劫时，先后遇到过几位单身女性，但一直未找到合适的下手机会。
“就这个一个瘦小的犯罪嫌疑人，在市中心繁华地段的小区里，游荡多时后攀爬进案发房间，作案前后共约三个小时未被外界发现，以至于其抢劫杀人放火并造成二死一重伤的严重后果。虽然这是一个极端的个案，但暴露出来的安全问题却是事关我们每一个人的大问题。”黄健检察官对此呼吁说，“在司法机关加大法律打击力度的同时，作为普通市民而言，尤其是单身女性，也需要全方位的增强一些安全防范的意识。另外，相应的管理部门等，包括工作单位、住宅小区等，多做一些安全隐患的排查、安全防范的宣传、提醒等，这些都非常有必要。”
他为何会如此凶残？
犯罪嫌疑人谢某，长像瘦小，1991年出生，湖南耒阳人，小学文化。据悉，谢某目前对自己的犯罪事实供认不讳。
黄健告诉记者，谢某小时候父母便已分居，而他跟随外婆长大，基本上自幼就无人管教。“谢某还有一个哥哥，据了解也因故意伤害致人死亡目前仍在内地服刑。”谢某初中未读完便四处游荡，先后在一些工厂打过工，虽然手头没钱但又为人懒惰，不能吃苦耐劳，以至于每份工作的时间都不长，案发前更是长期没有稳定的工作及收入来源，偶尔到其在深圳打工的母亲那里索要几百元的生活费，“作案时据其供述手头上只有十几块钱了。”
据谢某供述，他没啥爱好，就是喜欢泡在网吧，甚至在网吧一呆就是三四天。案发后，在被公安机关抓获时，谢某也正在网吧上网。“他上网主要就是打游戏，特别是那些暴力、血腥的游戏，有时看一些带暴力色彩的微电影等。长期接触甚至沉迷于暴力、色情这些负面的东西，与他作案时反映出来的这种暴戾、冷血，应该说不无关系。”
据介绍，谢某性格上也比较孤僻，他的圈子很小，之所以选择在都市名园一带作案并最后逃往中山，也只是因为他曾在这两地打过短工对周边环境稍微熟悉一点。他没什么朋友、也没有女朋友，提审中也多次表露出“自己活得一直没意思”。
黄健说，“类似像谢某这样人的这个群体也需要正视。他们过得很不如意并且生活颓废不求上进，缺乏积极健康的心态甚至还会有些扭曲；他们对家庭、对社会缺乏感恩之心，甚至会有些敌视；他们沉迷于网络游戏，甚至习惯活在暴力、色情色彩浓厚的虚拟世界里；他们自私而冲动，做事不考虑后果，甚至根本不去想会给他人造成多大的伤害。这个案件背后反映的诸多问题，值得我们深思。”(完)
