新京报讯?(记者?郭超)?南水北调中线工程将在今年10月份正式通水供给北京，市南水北调办主任孙国升表示，南水进京后水价不会如网上传言的“大涨”，据他了解国家发改委等有关部门将按照成本核算，已经确定多套价格方案，其中没有一套成本核算超过3元/吨。
对于市民关心的水质能否保障问题，孙国升介绍，喝上南水后，北京居民最大的感觉就是烧水时水碱少了。因为水源地丹江口水库的水质偏软(弱酸性)。除了南水北调的全线水质监测，北京段还设立三条水质保障线，当河北来水出现问题，第一道防线启动，关闭总干渠开启退水闸将来水排入拒马河。问题水无法进京，此外还有两道防线确保"坏水"不进城、不进水厂。
周国升说，受水区的老百姓可以去蓄水库、水厂，甚至去水源地参观，探访“水从何来”。据了解，南水北调中线渠首所在地湖北十堰已经与北京旅游委签约，以北京为客源地，今年至少组织15趟水源地旅游专列。当地对北京的游客从景区门票以及交通方面将给予大幅优惠。
