　　人民网北京4月29日电?(记者贾玥)?据外交部网站消息，外交部发言人秦刚在今日例行记者会上表示，亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议第四次峰会将于5月20日至21日在中国上海举行。峰会主题为“加强对话、信任与协作，共建和平、稳定与合作的新亚洲”。中国国家主席习近平将出席并主持会议。亚信成员国及观察员国领导人或代表、有关国际组织负责人以及峰会客人将应邀与会。

　　秦刚说，目前在受邀的亚信大家庭中，已有近40个国家和国际组织将派团与会，其中14位国家元首和政府首脑、8位国际组织负责人已确认与会。现在距离峰会开幕还有一段时间，有关各方的与会情况还在陆续反馈中。等距离峰会更近一段时间，我们再向大家提供最后参加情况。

　　当前亚洲形势总体是稳定的，求和平、谋合作、促发展是本地区的主流。当然也要看到，当前的国际形势复杂多变，亚洲地区安全形势中的复杂因素也在上升，传统安全和非传统安全领域的挑战与威胁交织。如何在一个和平、安全、稳定的环境下通过合作谋求共同发展与繁荣，是本地区各国都在思考的一个重要课题，也是本地区各国人民的普遍愿望。

　　亚信是目前亚洲地区在安全领域最大的多边论坛，横跨亚洲各次区域，涵盖不同制度、不同文化、不同宗教、不同发展阶段的国家，具有广泛的代表性。通过这样的平台，亚洲各国加强对话沟通，共同探讨如何维护和促进亚洲安全，是非常有意义的一件事情。

　　中国是2014年至2016年的亚信主席国。今年的亚信峰会在中国召开。我们将尽好东道主义务，同有关各方加强沟通与配合，使这次峰会能够取得更多共识，开出成果，开出实效。特别是我们要推动本次峰会树立亚洲新安全观，倡导共同安全、综合安全、合作安全和可持续安全，积极探讨建立亚洲安全与合作的新架构。

　　我们要向世界发出这样一个声音：亚洲事务应该由亚洲国家主导解决，亚洲国家有能力、有智慧通过加强合作来维护和促进亚洲的安全。

　　本次会议将是亚信自成立以来规模最大的一次会议。相信在各方共同努力下，本次会议一定能够达到预期目标，成为亚信发展史上、在亚洲安全与合作进程中具有里程碑意义的盛会。
