In?December?2011,?Zhao?served?as?Chuxiong?city,?acting?Mayor,?in?Chuxiong?city?Lu?Bange?area?"villages?in?cities"?project?return?of?land?leasing?real?estate?company?is?receiving?in?bribes?sent?100,000?yuan.

February?2012,?Zhao?served?as?Mayor?of?Chuxiong,?in?Chuxiong?city?of?old?station?"village?in?city"?rebuilding?received?during?the?implementation?of?project?works?send?bribes?of?100,000?yuan.

October?2012,?Zhao?in?Chuxiong?city?ring?road,?mountain?road,?nanpianqu?city?BT?projects?received?in?the?supplementary?agreement?on?the?construction?of?the?building?company?to?bribe?sent?200,000?yuan.

In?December?2012,?Zhao?in?Chuxiong?city?Southeast?area?land?usage?right?remising?fifth,?a?real?estate?company?came?from?bribes?he?received?200,000?yuan.

From?2011?to?2013?before?the?lunar?new?year?each?year?for?bribing?Zhao?people?seeking?government?grants,?collected?30,000?dollar?bribe.

　　记者日前获悉，3月17日，楚雄州中院作出判决，原楚雄市长赵万祥因犯受贿罪，被判处有期徒刑12年，其犯罪所得赃款62万元被没收，其余赃款46.5万元继续追缴。

　　据悉，从1998年起，赵万祥在担任楚雄市鹿城镇代理镇长、镇长，楚雄市副市长、市委副书记、市长期间，收受贿赂价值108.5万元。

　　事发?去年4月被“双规”

　　去年4月初，有网帖称，原楚雄市长赵万祥被纪委请去“喝茶”。随后记者发现，楚雄市政府网站删除了有关赵万祥的一切信息，网站上曾经活跃的“楚雄市长信箱”也被“书记信箱”取代。

　　后经核实，4月11日，当地纪委决定对赵万祥进行双规，并停职调查。至赵万祥出事，其任楚雄市长仅半年左右。此前，他曾任大姚县县长不到一年。对于赵万祥的出事，当时一位楚雄政坛人士称，赵是“带病”干部，“出事也是迟早的事”。

　　据了解，2009年时，赵万祥就是楚雄市常委、副市长，当时主要分管农业。2011年初，赵万祥被调到大姚县担任县委副书记、县长，任职不到一年又被调回来担任楚雄代理市长。

　　2013年2月4日，楚雄市第八届人民代表大会第一次会议上，赵万祥当选楚雄市政府市长。

　　判决?认罪态度好获从轻处罚

　　经相关部门审理查明，从1998年起，赵万祥在担任楚雄市鹿城镇代理镇长、镇长，楚雄市副市长、市委副书记、市长期间，利用职务上的便利，收受多人多次贿送的财物价值人民币1085000元，并为行贿人谋取利益，构成受贿罪。

　　据悉，案发后，赵万祥在侦查机关立案以前就如实供述了全部犯罪事实，以自首论，并退交赃款62万元。赵万祥辩称案发后积极配合司法机关查清案件事实，认罪态度好，家属也积极退赃，法院均予以从轻处罚。

　　今年3月17日，楚雄州中院依法判决赵万祥犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑12年，对其犯罪所得赃款62万元予以没收，其余赃款人民币46.5万元继续追缴。

　　法院判决后，赵万祥未提出上诉。

　　赵万祥受贿录

　　1998年底-2001年10月?赵担任楚雄市鹿城镇代理镇长、镇长期间，在鹿城镇工程建设项目中先后9次收受3家建筑公司23.5万元，为行贿人谋取建设工程及拨款上的利益。

　　2003年6月开始?赵担任楚雄市副市长，在楚雄市九龙甸水库除险加固工程中收受水库除险加固工程承建商贿送的2万元。

　　2006年11月?赵任楚雄市副市长时帮一公司协调建盖山庄租用土地事宜，收受建筑公司贿送的10万元。

　　2010年3月至2013年2月?赵担任楚雄市委副书记、市长期间帮助一建筑公司协调征用租赁上章村土地事宜，收受该公司贿送5万元和价值3万元的购物卡。

　　2011年年初?赵担任楚雄市委副书记，因帮忙协调楚雄市中大街与府后街交叉口规划建房事宜，在其办公室收受与规划项目有关的房地产开发有限公司经理贿送的2万元。

　　2011年12月?赵担任楚雄市代理市长，在楚雄市鲁班阁片区“城中村”改造项目土地出让金返还中收受了房地产公司贿送的10万元。

　　2012年2月?赵担任楚雄市市长，因楚雄市老车站“城中村”项目改造规划实施过程中收受工程方贿送的10万元。

　　2012年10月?赵在楚雄市城市东西环线、花果山南片区城市道路等建设的BT项目补充协议签订中收受建筑公司贿送的20万元。

　　2012年12月?赵在楚雄市东南片区五号地块使用权的出让中收受一房地产公司贿送的20万元。

　　2011年至2013年每年春节前?赵为行贿人谋取政府补助，收取3万元贿赂款。
