Late?last?year,?on?the?illegal?building?in?Yongjia?County?Government?to?start?procedures,?remove?notice?served?to?the?parties,?ordered?to?be?completed?by?March?31,?2014,?since?demolished,?but?the?parties?refusing?to?execute?in?place.?Coordinated?by?the?Yongjia?County?authorities?several?times,?Yongjia?County?on?April?7,?the?parties?sign?removed?from?reform?of?the?Government′s?undertaking?to?ensure?the?demolition?before?the?April?22,?but?party′s?procrastination,?unable?to?fulfil?their?commitments.?Not?only?that,?but?number?over?the?network?and?other?channels?of?parties?spread?rumors,?organizations?parts?inciting?believers?to?the?illegal?building?of?illicit?gathering,?blatantly?obstructed?the?rectification?of?illegal?building,?creating?adverse?social?effects.?To?this?end,?Yongjia?County?Government?today?to?the?illegal?building?to?start?mandatory?removal.

It?is?reported?that?since?last?year,?the?Yongjia?County,?in?accordance?with?the?"contrary?to?dismantle?six?apart"?principle,?and?comprehensively?promote?the?illegal?building?demolition?work.?Now?dispose?of?all?kinds?of?illegal?building?3.2584?million?square?meters,?among?them,?dismantling,?such?as?organs,?State-owned?enterprises?holding?illegal?building?34554?square?meters,?involving?illegal?building?party?cadres?174?73089?square?meters,?involving?illegal?building?3?1511?square?meters?private?villa,?involving?worship?illegal?building?20?9130?square?meters.

Yongjia?County?Government?dismantle?the?Sanjiang?illegal?religious?buildings,?embodies?the?spirit?of?the?rule?of?law?and?the?principle?of?equity.?Next,?Yongjia?County?Government?will?as?always?adhere?to?the?party′s?religious?policies,?respect?their?freedom?of?religion?and?belief,?to?legitimate?places?of?worship?are?protected?according?to?the?law,?while?continuing?on?all?kinds?of?illegal?building?"zero-tolerance"?attitude?found?together?to?dismantle,?consolidate?and?expand?the?building?demolition.

　　永嘉依法拆除三江违法宗教建筑

　　本报温州4月28日电?今天，永嘉县政府依法拆除三江违法宗教建筑。

　　记者了解到，这一违法建筑原属宗教建筑异地迁建项目，经民宗部门核准：此“建筑面积应控制在1881平方米”，必须“严格按照土地、规划、建设等相关法律法规办理审批手续”。但在2012年，当事方在未获得用地审批、规划审批、项目备案和施工许可手续的情况下，擅自动工建设。虽然在建设期间，永嘉县住建局、国土资源局等部门曾多次责令停工，但当事方置若罔闻，强行施工，严重违反了《土地管理法》和《城乡规划法》，造成严重违法后果，违法占地面积5.378亩，违法建成教堂主楼及附属建筑面积7928平方米，违法建成地下室及停车场3076平方米。

　　去年底，永嘉县政府对该违法建筑启动处置程序，向当事方送达自拆通知书，责令其在2014年3月31日之前完成自拆，但当事方拒不执行到位。经永嘉县有关部门多次协调，当事方于4月7日向永嘉县政府签下自拆自改承诺书，保证在4月22日前拆改到位，但当事方一再拖延，未能履行承诺。不仅如此，当事方少数人员还通过网络等渠道散布谣言，组织煽动部分信徒到该违法建筑物非法集聚，公然阻挠违法建筑的整改，造成恶劣社会影响。为此，永嘉县政府今天对该违法建筑依法启动强制拆除。

　　据悉，去年以来，永嘉县按照“违必拆，六先拆”的原则，全面推进违法建筑拆除工作。目前已处置各类违法建筑325.84万平方米，其中，拆除涉及机关事业、国企控股等相关单位违法建筑34554平方米，涉及党员干部违法建筑174处73089平方米，涉及私人别墅违法建筑3处1511平方米，涉及宗教场所违法建筑20处9130平方米。

　　永嘉县政府依法拆除三江违法宗教建筑，体现了法治精神和公平原则。下一步，永嘉县政府将一如既往地坚持党的宗教政策，尊重群众的宗教信仰自由，对合法宗教活动场所依法予以保护，同时继续对各类违法建筑采取“零容忍”的态度，发现一起拆除一起，切实巩固和扩大拆违成果。

　　三江违法宗教建筑的拆除堪称温州迎难而上、敢于碰硬、依法强势推进拆违工作的缩影。今年1至3月，温州共拆除各类违法建筑面积总计863954平方米，其中拆除妨碍工程建设类违建34390平方米、十大“违建王”154820平方米、公营单位违建511平方米、各类涉及宗教场所违法建筑53处13060.2平方米。
