业内普遍认为，湖北移动之所以要推出季度流量包的推出，主要为加大用户在使用流量时的灵活性，相当于你这餐吃不完的饭菜可以留到下一餐吃，不会立刻浪费，从而不会出现当月流量没有用完被清零，而下个月流量又不够用的情况出现，这可能是对前段时间“流量清零论”的回应，也是一个运营商的积极应对措施。
