据市公园管理中心介绍，截止到下午3点，市属11家公园及中国园林博物馆“五一”小长假第二天共接待游客60.8万人，比首天增加了近3万人。今天如果好天能持续到晚上，预计游客也不会比昨天少多少。
整个五一期间接待游客量前三名的是：动物园、天坛公园和颐和园。天坛公园、景山公园、动物园三家公园分别增长近两成。其中，天坛公园现有面积约21万平方米，按人均100平方米计算，瞬间最佳容量为2.1万人；日最佳容量为6万人次左右，日最大容量为10万人次。昨天，天坛公园就已经达到了日最大客容量10万人，创市属公园游客量之最，预计今日游客量仍居高不下，但由于天坛坛域开阔，游览舒适度还处于较好状态。此外，天坛公园今年在五一假期首次将电瓶车对游客开放，由东西两个门接老人小孩去祈年殿，该项措施可长期针对腿脚不便的人群。
此外，今年五一期间，虽然气温炎热，晚春花当家，但赏春花依然是五一游客游园的主旋律。香山公园今年首次推出的陆莲花海景区的花毛茛正处于最佳观赏期。中山公园30万株郁金香尽展风采，在唐花坞内不仅能看到各色美丽的春花，还能欣赏到深秋季节才会开放的30余种近100盆品种菊。

五一之后市属公园还可品文化
——天坛公园举办一场“影像的力量”国际摄影展，将为游人奉献当今全球最顶尖的20位摄影师的精品力作。展览将持续到5月31日。
——玉渊潭公园“美丽玉渊潭”王继民油画作品展，作品诗意绵绵、意境深远，充溢着画家格调高雅、明丽秀美的浪漫主义情怀。
——陶然亭公园特技风筝放飞表演，让众多游客耳目一新。
——中国园林博物馆承办，由中国风景名胜区协会主办的“美丽中国江山风情”系列展览“魅丽中国江山如画”系列展览将与广大游客见面。
