　　中新社北京5月1日电 中国外交部发言人秦刚5月1日就美国国务院有关反恐报告涉华内容答记者问表示，中方对美国国务院日前发布《2013年反恐形势国别报告》涉华不实之词表示不满，同时指出，在反恐问题上对别国说三道四、搞“双重标准”，无助于国际反恐合作。

　　美国国务院日前发布《2013年反恐形势国别报告》，其中提到中国在反恐领域与美国合作很少、信息交换不对等，并称中方对国内一些恐怖案件的定性缺乏可信、翔实证据。

　　对此，秦刚表示，中方注意到美国国务院发布的有关报告，对该报告涉华不实之词表示不满。

　　“我要强调的是，中国是恐怖主义的受害者，一贯坚决反对任何形式的恐怖主义，反对任何人以任何名义实施或支持恐怖主义活动。”秦刚说，在反恐斗争中，中国政府坚持原则，坚决依法打击，同时主张标本兼治，综合治理，消除滋生恐怖主义的土壤，反对将恐怖主义同特定的民族或宗教相联系。

　　秦刚指出，恐怖主义是人类的公敌，国际社会应该合力予以打击。在反恐问题上对别国说三道四、搞“双重标准”，无助于国际反恐合作。中方一贯重视并积极参与国际反恐合作，愿继续本着相互尊重、平等合作的原则同其他国家开展反恐交流合作。(完)
