　　昨日下午4时55分，潘禹辰将刚摘取的心脏小心翼翼地放入储存箱，快速走出手术室，大步走向早已停在大门外的救护车。一路上，救护车警笛长鸣，朝着桂林两江国际机场飞驰，潘禹辰的手始终紧紧放在这个红色的储存箱上。

　　早在小叶的器官摘取手术进行的前一天，为运送这颗爱心的准备就在紧张筹备着，其中重要的“桥梁”便是昨日傍晚从桂林飞往北京的南航CZ3287航班。

　　昨日傍晚6点，原计划于18:15起飞的CZ3287航班提前起飞，争取了宝贵的一刻钟，晚8点22分，航班到达北京首都机场，再经120急救中心直升机，于晚9点05分送达北京安贞医院。经过4个多小时的爱心接力后，昨晚9点20分，心脏移植手术开始。

　　已手术凌晨进展顺利

　　据安贞医院心外9科张主任介绍，小包4月27日入住安贞，来的时候就已经心衰，30日病情恶化，“当时情况很危急，他都没有血压了，我们经过一晚的抢救，靠ECMO呼吸机维持他的心跳”。5月1日晚，小包突然出现严重心衰，被推入手术室做了体外膜肺氧合手术，安装了代替心脏工作的机器。

　　昨晚11点10分，安贞医院心脏移植及瓣膜诊疗中心孟主任走出手术室。孟医生表示，现阶段手术进行得很顺利，正准备进行关胸，还需要一个半小时完成手术。孟医生说，特别感谢捐献者，“在捐献供体中能够获得比较好的心脏是不容易的”。供体能够及时到达医院，感谢航空公司、空管人员配合供体运输，至少争取了一个半小时的时间。“手术很顺利，生命体征维持得很好”。

　　今天凌晨，记者从安贞医院外宣处了解到，2时06分，小包被推出手术室，手术过程基本成功，具体恢复情况，仍需住院关注。

　　“希望得到移植的人活下去”

　　京华时报：怎么想到要捐献儿子的心脏的？

　　叶绍毅：半个月前他都不会说话了。之前我也没想过捐献这个事情，没想到他这么快离开我，捐献也是昨天才决定的，觉得他的器官是有用的。孩子一直在贺州市人民医院治疗，我问了大夫怎么捐献，其他工作都是大夫联系的。我祝愿小包能早日康复。

　　京华时报：怎么知道受捐者是小包？你们怎么联系上的？

　　叶绍毅：昨天我还问181医院的人受益人是谁，他们说，是国家分配的。今天下午6点，我是看了新闻才知道受益人是小包。

　　京华时报：孩子做手术的情况怎样？

　　叶绍毅：手术是昨天下午4点钟在桂林181医院做的。

　　京华时报：小叶发生了怎样的事情？

　　叶绍毅：叶劲是我最小的儿子。他初中毕业后便到广东打工，孩子很乖很孝顺，总是打电话问家里奶奶身体好不好。一次他打来电话，说头晕、头痛。到中山医院检查是脑出血。我们让孩子回家来检查，做了核磁共振，说脑出血，看不清楚。又过了3个月，到贺州市人民医院检查，说是有脑瘤，必须要动手术了。

　　2月28日，孩子在贺州市人民医院做了肿瘤切除手术，手术很成功的，孩子第二天就用手机发短信了。

　　3月底，医院CT检查发现有脑积水，4月6日，叶劲又做了手术分流手术。病情好转了4天后，便又往不好的方向发展，脖子后仰得太厉害了，请了很多专家也没办法治好。昨天(5月1日)早上，孩子被确定为了脑死亡。

　　京华时报：孩子知道他去后心脏会被捐献移植吗？他妈妈什么意见？一般而言，父母会想让孩子完整离开，做这个决定困难吗？

　　叶绍毅：半个月前他都不会说话了，我也没想到他这么快离开我。捐献是昨天(5月1日)才决定的。我也没做什么高尚的事情。只是希望得到移植的人，活下去。

　　我给家人说了这个想法后，全家人都很支持。这样他的器官也能得以生存下去。

　　京华时报：你想对小包说些什么？将来会到北京看他吗？

　　叶绍毅：我们住在樟林村里，经济情况也不好，可能没机会走那么远的路去看他。我们这是无偿捐献，我只想祝他早日康复，好好活下去。

　　1.心脏如何运输？

　　就器官移植来说，心脏“保质期”最短，移植时间越快越好。他举例，肝脏的离体时间不得超过12小时，而心脏是6小时。他介绍，医生将心脏取出后，需要使用冰的灌注液注入心脏，再放入保存液里保存，直到移植手术时进行取用。

　　2.术前准备工作？

　　排斥反应分为3类。超急性排斥反应：原因是受体内已存在相应抗体，在心脏移植后发生体液免疫反应，表现为心力衰竭，心肌出现广泛性坏死等，一旦出现这种情况将难以挽回，唯有再次心脏移植。急性排斥反应：在术后1年内发生，术后2至10周的发生率最高。慢性排斥反应：多发生在移植1年以后，该反应会严重影响患者的生存质量和寿命。
