　　中新网茂名5月1日电 (梁盛 罗丽贤) 广东茂名警方1日通报称，经过缜密侦查，4月29日凌晨5时许，当地警方在海南抓获广东省公安厅悬赏通缉的头号涉枪犯罪在逃人员卓定龙，次日，同为广东省公安厅悬赏通缉的另一茂名籍涉枪犯罪在逃人员潘世杰迫于严打压力，主动到公安机关投案自首。目前，案件正在抓紧审理中。

　　2008年12月14日17时许，电白县观珠镇合利村卓定龙等人，持火药枪将在该镇合利村委下罗村修路的蓝某兴、谢某金等二人打死。随后，卓定龙逃离藏匿，欲图躲过法律的惩治。

　　案发后，茂名警方对逃犯卓定龙一直紧追不放。经过一段时间的缜密侦查，今年4月26日，警方获知卓定龙藏匿在海南琼中黎族苗族自治县。当天，由茂名、电白两级刑侦部门精干警力组成的5人追逃组，立即驱车出发海南展开抓捕行动。

　　29日凌晨5时30分，追逃组在琼中黎族苗族自治县黎母山镇一木材加工厂附近一居民楼内，将躲藏在床底下的涉枪逃犯卓定龙“揪”出，抓捕归案。

　　经审讯，卓定龙对其持枪杀害蓝某兴、谢某金等两人的犯罪事实供认不讳。

　　通报称，4月30日，同为广东省公安厅悬赏通缉的另一名茂名籍涉枪犯罪在逃人员潘世杰，在逃亡近4年后，主动到公安机关投案自首。

　　目前，卓定龙、潘世杰均已被刑拘，案件在进一步审理中。(完)
