　　作为广州首部关于人行道设施设置的地方性技术规范，该规范将适用于广州市城市道路新建、改建、大中修工程中的以及使用过程中新增的人行道设施的设置，对人行道上的盲道、车止石、台阶、梯道等共30项公共设施的设置和保养都做了详尽规定。

　　根据《规范》，快速公交车站双侧停靠的站台宽度不应小于5米，单侧停靠的站台宽度不应小于3米，而常规公交车站站台宽度不宜小于2米，条件受限时站台宽度不得小于1.5米。

　　此外，《规范》指出，盲道铺设应连续，要避开树木(穴)、电线杆、拉线等障碍物，其他设施不得占用盲道。遇到井盖时，应绕开井盖接顺盲道。

　　广州市城管委市容处处长魏树新表示，由于广州市之前尚未有人行道公共设施设置方面的规范、规程可依，导致在实际的城市管理中，缺乏相关的技术标准作为指导，令广州市的人行道公共设施设置杂乱无章，极大地影响了人行道使用功能及道路外观。

　　“今年内，市城管委将督促涉及的权属部门对全市人行道设施进行情况摸查，再根据摸查情况制定整改方案。”魏树新说。
