　　2日的交通晚高峰伴随一场突如其来的降雪袭击哈尔滨，车辆通行速度减慢，不少短途自驾游的游客显得措手不及。从伊春返回哈尔滨的云南游客李小萌说，虽然提前得知要有冷空气来袭，但没想到温度降得这么快。19时许，在哈尔滨松北区，车外温度降到0摄氏度，一些行人撑起雨伞，穿起羽绒服。

　　就在几天前，春季的哈尔滨气温迅速回升，一度接近30摄氏度高温。

　　黑龙江省气象部门2日发布寒潮蓝色和大风蓝色预警，预计2日至3日，伊春、齐齐哈尔、绥化、大庆、鹤岗、哈尔滨、牡丹江气温要下降8摄氏度以上，全省大部地区风力达5级至6级，阵风7级，提醒做好预防。
