由于安贞医院内不具备直升机起降的条件，昨天晚上8点左右，安贞医院西门外的安贞路沿线已经开始实施临时交通管理措施，多名交警在现场维持秩序，在马路上为直升机“清”出了一个“临时停机坪”。

北京青年报记者了解到，早在2006年，安贞医院心脏外科就曾成功完成了全国第二例、北京市首例异地脑死亡后捐献心脏的移植手术。那一例手术同样是千里快递“送心”，虽然手术难度很大，但是当时手术取得圆满成功，患者术后的恢复良好。
业内人士说，简单来说，医护人员要将小包自己的心脏切除，同时将叶天的心脏进行修剪、缝合等步骤。如果最后实施温血灌注的时候，叶天的心脏能够在小包的胸腔中自动复跳，这次手术也就成功了一大半。

救命航班如何“抄近道”
北京青年报记者了解到，CZ3287航班的实际飞行时间比计划时间缩短了35分钟，而这完全是“抄近道”和提前起飞省出来的。

北青报记者昨天从北京区域管制中心了解到，管制人员指挥了多架与之发生冲突的航班进行避让。飞行过程中，虽然机组提出“抄近道”的申请不符合常规航线，但是在与终端管制室进行协调后，最终让该航班“抄近道”落地。从空中到落地，在北京区域管制中心、终端管制室和塔台管制室的共同协作下，为该航班节省了宝贵时间。
