【环球网综合报道】据英国广播公司(BBC)4月30日报道，伊朗政府称，由于中国石油天然气集团(中石油)未能履行其相关合同义务，伊朗将取消与中石油签订的25亿美元油田开发协议。
根据伊中协议，在油田开发首阶段，中石油将在伊朗与伊拉克边界的南阿扎德干油田开采185口油井。报道称，中方工程进度缓慢，引起伊朗政府不满。
伊朗国家石油公司经理罗克尼丁•贾瓦迪称：“中国的中石油公司未能履行合同，因此将发出合同终止书”。
法新社引述贾瓦迪的话说，伊朗在二月中旬曾向中石油发出为期90天的最后通牒。他表示，已经警告对方在三个月内若还无法履行合同义务，将会终止合同。之后又延长一个月，但中方仍未履行合同义务，因此伊朗决定终止与中石油这一项目的合作。
根据2009年一月签订的另一项协议，伊朗国家石油公司和中石油正在开发北阿扎德干油田，预计产能为每日出产7.5万桶原油。阿扎德干油田是世界上最大的油田之一。
